Finishing Lines for Toilet or Laundry Soap
Plants for innovative products
The success of a soap manufacturer and its soaps not only depends on quality and economically production, but also increasingly on providing market-oriented products. Production cycles are being shortened not only in western industrial countries, but also in the so called developing countries. The consumers demand new products at ever shorter intervals. Growing environmental and health awareness demand products with new compositions, qualities, shapes and colours. This in turn means new demands for production lines. A plant today must be capable of easy expansions and should be multifunctional, i.e. designed in such a way that it can produce different types of soaps such as: toilet soaps, syndets, or translucent soaps, combo bars, marbled soaps and highly perfumed soaps. To meet these demands, Sela developed multifunctional plants which for instance, allow manufacturers to produce different types of soap and syndet tablets. Our work is guided now as always, by flexibility and the highest quality - a policy which has led to the Sela standard for production lines being accepted worldwide.
Investment and profitability
An international manufacturer of translucent soaps found that the consistency of the soap was to viscous for easy further processing. This manufacturer also wanted the quality to be considerably improved. To meet these demands, Sela designed special machines for economical and easy intgration into the existing production line. Sela guaranteed the high load capacity of each machine over a long period of time, at the same time as maintaining the high quality of the soap. The faith this company put into Sela was well rewarded and the investments were amortised within a very short period of time.
