TM-B type mixers have one horizontal mixign shaft and screw-shaped mixing elements rotating in a trough. Feeding is made from the top and discharge by means of a bottom slide.
This design allows mixing of soap flakes or noodles with colour, perfume and other, especially liquid additives.
On request, a jacketed trough is available for heating or cooling. Drive of the mixing shaft is made by a directly flanged gear motor. For reduction of starting power an electronic soft start is provided. On request, an infinitely variable drive can be delivered, too. The botton slide is actuated by motor, too.
Mixing a batch takes normally about 10 to 15 minutes. For pasty additives or mixtures we recommend our two-shaft-mixers type TMK or TKH.
